The old Hustler building in West Hollywood is getting a major upgrade, courtesy of Pepper Potts herself, Gwyneth Paltrow.
The GOOPy founder has fixed her sights on the real estate game, and more specifically, turning that real estate into a 132,000 sq. ft. exclusive arts club in LA. The idea for the members-only club isn’t much different from the renowned Soho House (a private club often frequented by celebs and boasting multiple locations around the world), and is set to feature a variety of similar amenities.
Gwyneth and the American firm Gensler, plan on constructing an 8-storey building wrapped in perforated metal fins and decorative glass panels, and featuring a rooftop terrace, pool and helipad. Floors will offer sheltered outdoor spaces full of greenery, a wellness spa, guest rooms, multiple restaurants and even a night club.
